枫香优良无性系组织培养研究

摘要:
以选育的枫香(Liquidambar formosana)优良单株为材料,开展枫香优良无性系组织培养快 繁育苗技术研究。结果表明,枫香适宜芽诱导的基本培养基为DCR;最佳芽增殖培养基为DCR+6-BA 1.5 mg · L-1 +KT 0.5 mg · L-1+ IAA 0.4 mg · L-1,其芽增殖倍数为5.2 倍;最优生根培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 1.8 mg · L-1+ IAA 1.6 mg · L-1+ NAA 0.6 mg · L-1+6-BA 0.2 mg · L-1,其生根率达到100%。探索出适宜的驯 化、移栽和后期管理技术,使生根苗的移栽存活率高达90% 以上。

Abstract:
A newly-selected superior clone of Liquidambar formosana was used for tissue culture. DCR was a suitable basic medium for brud induction.The best secondary medium was DCR+6-BA 1.5 mg · L-1 +KT 0.5 mg · L-1+ IAA 0.4 mg · L-1, and the bud multiples was 5.2. Optimal rooting medium was 1/2 MS + IBA 1.8 mg · L-1 + IAA 1.6 mg · L-1 + NAA 0.6 mg · L-1 +6-BA 0.2 mg · L-1, the rooting rate reeiched 100%. The suitable domestication, transplanting and late management techniques were explored, which made the transplanting survival rate of root seedlings as high as 90%.
